Georg Barringhaus est actuellement directeur artistique du CityLeaks Urban Art Festival de Cologne. Fondé en 2011, ce festival a lieu tous les deux ans et compte parmi les plus grands festivals de street-art dans le monde.

The presentation investigates social design and the opportunities generated by using design tools for participation in the city. Socialmatter design studio developed objects and tools for cross-cultural exchanges able to facilitate the re-appropriation and development of neglected areas.
